Our friends at St Hilda's School in Buenos Aires, Argentina emailed us some fantastic photos of lunchtime at their school.
We loved seeing the different things they have for lunch. We were also really impressed that they got to have dessert.

    I love this post the most because now I know that they eat their lunch in a cafeteria and that some people bring there lunch from home.

We read the book The Tree House Treaty by Wiremu Grace.   The children in the story built a tree hut in a big old Pohutakawa tree.  They made a treaty to agree how they could all use their tree hut fairly. Swimming

Everyday we have swimming. We have people who are learning to get their faces wet by playing ring-a-rosie. Some of us are learning to kick so the water bubbles. And some of us are learning to do freestyle without splashing the water by cupping our hands. On Fridays we get to practice our swimming by having free time. It is fun! Today we made a whirlpool. We made it go fast and it started dragging us. Then we went the other way. It was hard because the water was pushing us back. When we finished the water was pushing us along.
