    Hi my name is Keaton I liked your video.My favorite part was looking at the horse.Once I went to a farm with my cousins. We saw horses, pigs, cows and chickens. We had a great time we evan picked a pumpkin. Have you seen any of those animals before?

    Some of us have been to farms and have seen these animals before. We are also going to another farm for a class visit where we will get to see donkeys and find out how a farm is sustainable.

We read the book The Tree House Treaty by Wiremu Grace.   The children in the story built a tree hut in a big old Pohutakawa tree.  They made a treaty to agree how they could all use their tree hut fairly. We created our own class treaty to symbolize how our class is a friendly and supportive learning environment.

Swimming

Everyday we have swimming. We have people who are learning to get their faces wet by playing ring-a-rosie. Some of us are learning to kick so the water bubbles. And some of us are learning to do freestyle without splashing the water by cupping our hands. On Fridays we get to practice our swimming by having free time. It is fun! Today we made a whirlpool. We made it go fast and it started dragging us. Then we went the other way. It was hard because the water was pushing us back. When we finished the water was pushing us along.
